Pro Icon Cross is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our mobile EMS CrossFit and fitness app. The app connects to MAD devices via Bluetooth and is designed for athletes, trainers, and admins.

a. User Account Information
- Email and password for login
- User role: Athlete, Trainer, or Admin
b. Session and Program Data
- Session time, stimulation levels, training zones
- Custom and automatic EMS programs
c. Bluetooth Device Info
- MAC address and serial number of MAD devices
- Used for pairing, not for user tracking
d. Storage Access
- To save session reports (PDF, etc.) locally
- We do not access other files or media
e. Location Access
- Required by Android for Bluetooth scanning only
- We do not track or log your location
f. Crash Reporting
- We use Sentry for error monitoring
- No personal data is tracked or shared
3. How We Use the Information
- To authenticate users and manage sessions
- To connect and control EMS hardware (MAD)
- To save training reports
- To identify and fix bugs via Sentry logs
4. Data Storage and Security
All data is transmitted securely using HTTPS. Session data may be stored locally or on our backend servers. We do not share your data with third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain user and session data as long as the account is active. Currently, Pro Icon Cross does not support in-app account deletion. For manual deletion, please contact support.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Sentry to monitor app errors. No user-identifiable information is collected or shared with third parties.
7. Children’s Privacy
Although the app content is suitable for fitness users, Pro Icon Cross is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from children under 13. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at support@pro-icon.com and we will take appropriate action.
8. Your Rights
You may view session history inside the app. Account or data deletion may be requested by emailing support@pro-icon.com.
